1 part products
No mix: They offer an easy handling with dispensers, screen printing or needle transfer.
2 parts products
They offer long storage times and short curing times at higher temperatures.
Our elecolit® adhesives are ideal for:
- Die-Bonding,
- powermodul bonding,
- Antennaprint and antennacontact
- Anisotopic Bonding with der Panacol heat sealing press
